Manager - Sales and Marketing

Amber Shinault is a print and digital marketing strategist, entrepreneur, and local business advocate based in Crystal River, Florida. She is a business partner in SunLuma Business Solutions, the owner of AmberSign LLC, and the owner of a large-scale EDDM cooperative mailer program serving Citrus, Marion, and Hernando Counties.

Amber brings a strong background in talent acquisition, recruiting, and human resources. Throughout her career she has supported hiring and workforce initiatives for organizations including Florida Blue, Microsoft, Thales, and LiveTV, developing expertise in building teams, advising leadership, and understanding the needs of growing companies.

A Citrus County Chamber of Commerce Ambassador who proudly considers herself a “Local Business Cheerleader,” Amber is known as a visionary and integrator. She blends direct mail, design, and digital systems like QR tracking, CRM automation, and marketing workflows to help businesses gain visibility, build trust, and generate measurable results.

She holds an MBA, a Bachelor’s degree in Resources Management, and is a commissioned Remote Online Notary. Today she focuses on helping local businesses grow through strategic marketing, practical technology solutions, and strong community relationships.

Jeret Sauer, MBA

Jeret Sauer is a seasoned full‑stack developer and technical strategist with more than 20 years of experience building enterprise‑grade digital solutions. With an MBA and degrees in Technical Management, Computer Programming, and Accounting Technology, he blends deep technical expertise with business‑driven decision‑making.

Throughout his career, Jeret has delivered high‑impact work for industry leaders including Verizon, State Farm, Darden, Universal, and Spectrum. His background spans digital marketing, e‑commerce, supply chain, procurement, and enterprise operations — giving him a rare ability to understand both the technical and organizational sides of complex systems.

Jeret’s core strengths include full‑stack .NET development, UI/UX design, API and web service architecture, database administration, SEO, analytics, and cross‑department technical leadership. He is also fluent in various modern web technologies, allowing him to build and optimize solutions across diverse platforms.

Today, he brings this blend of technical depth, business insight, and real‑world enterprise experience to his agency work — helping clients streamline operations, modernize their digital presence, and build scalable systems that actually move the needle.
